Cute engagement photosPIN

I teach photography at Mohawk College and Max was one of my past students so it was a pleasant surprise to reunite with him and talk about life after college.  I can say with confidence that I have yet to photograph anyone that has met as early as Max & Natalie.  Their story begins back in Georgetown, in the grade four portable.  I couldn’t be any happier for them and they deserve a lifetime of happiness and laughter.  I’m so excited to share some of their engagement photos with you that we took in the forests that they grew up playing in and the entrance to their portable where their story begins.

Gorgeous B&W wedding photoPIN

I’m so happy that wedding season is back in full swing and what an amazing start to 2017 we’ve had.  It was my pleasure to photograph Matt & Stephanie’s sweet wedding recently at the Royal Botanical Gardens.

As usual, we started with the guys getting ready and I loved his cufflinks.  In addition, he chose personalized cufflinks for each of his groomsmen

Shortly after the guys, we were over photographing Stephanie and her girls getting ready.  Champagne in hand they were ready for a wonderful day.

It made me so happy to see the joy on Matt’s face as he saw Stephanie for the first time walking up the aisle in the Rose Garden tent at the RBG

The weather was stunning and we wandered the grounds photographing their wedding party all the while having a great time getting to know them better

Once we wrap up with the wedding party it’s time for some great photographs of the newly weds.

Brand new adventures are ahead with Mike & Kelsey as they just took the keys to their new home.  It was still a secret to their friends that they had found their home and took possession when we did their engagement session.  With only their favourite things brought along, we photographed them in a completely empty home.  Both big fans of comic books & gaming, we incorporated both into a fun night and photographed them just as quirky as they are.

Lifestyle in home sessionPIN

Just a few weeks back I visited Ian & Nicole at their home for a lifestyle engagement session.  I previously got to know Nicole at her brothers wedding a few years back but I really got to know Ian a lot better during the session.  They’re completely laid back, had just finished renovating their home and fell in love with the idea of doing an in home session.  While bouncing around some ideas, Nicole came up with the idea of baking cookies and we built a fun session around that.  I can’t wait to see you for your wedding in Cambridge!
